Please check if you have a new card by pressing the refresh button when you're in the app. Go to "Mitt kort"/"My card" and press the round arrow.
If you are enrolled at a school that we have a partnership with you will receive your card information shortly after having paid your membership. Please note that it can take between 1-2 days before your student account is created/updated. If your card is not updated please contact your student union.
If your card says Nyexad/GenZ and your still a student please contact the member service email@example.com with a study certificate.
