Under current circumstances Studentkortet like many other companies, has to adapt our way of working and become more digital. That said, we will still be available as usual and member service will, as always, ensure that our members receive the best possible help.
When you contact us:
- Please provide your personal number.
- Provide your case number if you have e-mailed us regarding your case.
- Our goal is to answer your case within two business days. However, under peek times it may take an extra day. Of course we answer all emails as soon as we can!
