When you apply and we have not received your information from CSN, you need to upload a study certificate so that we can get information about your studies.
The study certificate that you upload should be an official certificate from your school and include the following information:
- Name
- Personal Number
- Points/ Percent of your studies
- Course length
- Information regarding your education (If it is entitled to student aid with CSN)
- It should be issued during this semester
- Signature or school stamp
If you attend a university that uses Ladok, you can download a Registration Certificate. This certificate does not need to be signed, all the information you need is on the certificate!
Please note that we do not accept an acceptance letter or any text that is reduced or simply pasted in. This is to ensure that your certificate is authentic and shows that you have begun your studies.

Profile > Edit profile > scroll to the bottom of the page.
