To update your card in the app, you go to "my card/mitt kort" and click on the round arrow next to your card. Then the most recent card will be downloaded.
No new card? If you update the card but still see the old information it means that there is no new card yet to download.
Student Union member It usually takes 1-2 days from the time you paid into the union before you can access your new card. If the card does not appear after you update it, please wait for a day.
