If your card does not display the travel symbols, it means we haven’t been able to verify your eligibility for the travel discount.
To request an update, please upload your current semester’s study certificate in the app by going to:
Profile > Edit details > Scroll to the bottom.
Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed your eligibility, we’ll update your student card with the travel discount.
