I've forgotten my password
Enter your personal number in the app or on studentkortet.se and tap Forgot password. Choose to get the link by text or email. If you use Gmail, our emails often land in the Promotions tab.
I can't access the email or number I registered with
Contact us with your personal number and your new email address. We'll change the address on your account and send a link there so you can choose a new password.
I've got a new phone
Download the app on your new phone and log in with your personal number and password. Your card belongs to your account, not your phone. Download the app
I accidentally created two accounts
Contact us and tell us which account you want to keep. We'll remove the other one so the right card shows when you log in.
