Changed your name or got a new personal number, for example a permanent one instead of a temporary one? Send us a document from Skatteverket and we'll update your account.
How to do it
- Order a personbevis at skatteverket.se, or take a photo of the letter from Skatteverket showing your new name or number.
- Contact us and attach the photo. If your number changed, include both your old and your new personal number.
- Once we've updated your account, tap the round arrow next to your card under My card to fetch the new card.
Good to know
- You keep your account. Cards, union memberships and verification stay the same, you don't need to apply again.
- Log in with your personal number? After the change, use your new number and the same password.
