Studentkortet is free and you apply in the app or on studentkortet.se. It takes a few minutes. We review your application within 5 working days.
How to apply
- Open the app (download it here) or go to studentkortet.se and tap Kom igång (Get started).
- Enter your Swedish personal identity number or log in with Freja eID.
- Choose your school from the list and fill in your details and studies. Always choose your own school, even if you are not a union member. Each field turns green when it's filled in correctly.
- Accept the terms and privacy policy and tap Continue.
- Upload your certificate if asked. If you take a student loan from CSN we often already have your study pace, and then no certificate is needed. Studying at more than one school? Upload certificates from all of them.
Once your application is reviewed you get an email, and your card is in the app.
