Common reasons a certificate is rejected
- It's a letter of admission. It shows you were admitted, not that you have started. Upload a registration certificate.
- It's from a previous semester. The certificate must cover this semester.
- Name or personal identity number is missing, or it belongs to someone else.
- Credits, study pace or dates are missing, so we can't see how much or when you study.
- The course hasn't started or has already ended.
- The text is pasted in or cropped, so we can't see that it's genuine.
How to upload a new one
- Open the app and go to Profile > Edit profile, scroll down and tap “Är du student?”.
- Upload the new certificate. Studying at more than one school? Upload them all.
